Spinning mill
We produce quality yarns on open-end spinning machines in our state-of-the-art spinning mill. Yarn counts from 6 nm to 60 nm are realized. In contrast to the weaving mill, the focus in the spinning mill is on the processing of cotton and cotton/viscose mixtures.
We work with the latest Jossi detection of foreign fibers in our weaving preparation. In the process, it’s possible to detect colored as well as transparent and white foreign cloth.
To ensure a consistent high quality for our customers, the yarns are monitored in our laboratory on a regular basis for all essential parameters, such as strength, yarn count, hairiness, burls and so forth. Furthermore, we get continuous feedback from our most critical customer of all – our weaving mill.
